Ayurveda is linked with health or physical ailment of body and Yoga is related to mental health and purification of mind and soul. But, in true manner, they both balance and complement each other.

Vedic sciences make us realize that well-being is very essential for attaining self-realization. If someone constantly neglects one’s body, then it can become a big difficulty in doing sacred practice.

You cannot practice the meditation for longer duration in spite of comfortable environment. Therefore, both Yoga and Ayurveda are important for mental and physical healing.

They are equally supportive and provide several methods to heal problems and to revive the mind and body. These two systems do not only share the similar philosophy, but there are much same in other aspects such as nutrition, hygiene, cleansing methods, attitude, spiritual practices, exercise as well as diet.

Currently, we are lucky to have yoga teachings on hand. Yoga teachings are now accessible to more or less all people thus we can get advantage of such practices easily.

However, modern practitioners of Yoga use the techniques of both Yoga and Ayurveda just to increase the positive effects of this practice.

Additional to it, now this therapy can mold effortlessly according to target people, constitution, season, disease or problem. As both use same approach towards solving daily life problems, thus they always promote long life.
